Easy to assemble and set up, great all in one package all you need is the seeds and to add water and plug it in ready to go. I have one from another place purchased a couple of years ago and these were an absolute bargain, same set up as the original one. Who could resist 2 for the lrice of 1, hydroponics is the way to go. Lettuce absolutely thrive in it as does basil! In just a couple of days you'll watch the seeds germinate and sprout in front of your very eyes. It really is amazing and so cool to watch in your kitchen/house. Pick fresh herbs or veggies without dirt and the nasty chemicals and bugs that come with it. Genius!

The process through Mytopia was simple and easy. The bed I had purchased arrived within 7 business days and assembled very easily. While it feels like light wood it is actually a strong frame surprisingly. A couple of dowel holes seem a little out of place making it not quite square in some places, my Autistic brain doesn't like that. But expected in mass manufacturing.

Awesome bike. Fantastic bang for buck, easily rivalling competition for less than half the price. Only problem now is my two sons are on it and requesting their own. Super easily put together and riding in minutes. Ride quality and feel are awesome. Upgrade of mid motor and dual suspension from hardtail hub motor of previous model are incredible value for price. Would not hesitate in recommending this product to new riders.

We received the wrong bedhead for our bunk beds and no one in this company was willing to get back to us and now we are stuck with a double single bunk bed we can’t use. My kids are currently without a bed because we sold their old bed and was going to surprise them with bunks but we were not able to put them together due to having the wrong part. I have tried to chat with the online bot and gotten nowhere as well as call the store numerous times. All we want is the correct bedhead so we can complete the set up for our children.

Do not buy anything from this company! I bought a simple water dispenser that wasn’t as described. They mention the product measurements, but forget to include that it has to have a giant water bottle attachment. Contacted them politely and sent back the day I received unused and in full packaging. They won’t offer a refund. It’s a total sham. It’s their position that this is a change of mind purchase, which it clearly isn’t. They’re offering a store credit for less than what the product was purchased for due to ‘shipping’. It cost me $50 to ship it back to them! You will notice from other reviews, their response is to never actually be accountable or take responsibility. They simply state their illegal ‘return policy’ or pass the buck to a third party seller. They repeatedly have the most appalling customer service. So dodgy, please reconsider purchasing any item from here and get it from a reputable company who is accountable . Simply speaking, if you spend your money at Mytopia you may as well throw it into thin air.
